Below you will find BCHM's appointment options to schedule online. Please read the information about each visit carefully for details. If you are not sure which appointment to schedule, please call our office 360-526-2185 or email us with questions at info@centerforhealthymotherhood.com.

Important Service Notes:
Home visits for Lactation Support: If you are interested in a home visit for lactation services call our office at 360-526-2185 for rates and availability as these do change.  Scheduling for these visits is not available online. Thank you!

IUD insertions: These visits must be scheduled by calling our office. This allows us to verify your insurance benefits, ensures we have the appropriate unit stock, and also time the visit appropriately.

  • Women's Healthcare

    We offer a variety of women's health services that are all grounded in respect and compassion.  We have divided visit types below and provided descriptors to help you select the one that best suites your needs.  These are meant as a guide only.  Please be sure to indicate your specific reason for visit in the space provided during the scheduling process.  If you have questions about which type of visit to schedule, feel free to call our office!
    • Contraception
      • Discuss all birth control options and work to find a method that works best for you.  
      • Address concerns or issues with a current method being used, including perform an IUD removal.  
      • Appointments can run up to 60 minutes, but may be as short as 30 minutes.  
      • If interested in an IUD, this visit is usually required before the insertion appointment can be scheduled. 
    • Annual Preventative Exam
      • Comprehensive preventative visit that offers us a chance to check in on many aspects of your health and well being. 
      • Discuss common health screenings for women and review topics including contraception, menstrual cycle, vaginal/pelvic health, breast concerns, nutrition, exercise, and mental health.  
      • Any necessary physical exam will also be performed. 
      • While specific health concerns may be brought up during the course of this visit, additional visits may be needed to fully address them. 
    • Reproductive Health
      • Menstrual irregularities (periods that are too heavy, too frequent, or absent) 
      • Vaginal infections, sexually transmitted infections 
      • Pelvic pain, pain with sex, sexual function
      • Hormonal regulation, peri or postmenopausal concerns
      • Fertility concerns, achieving a pregnancy 
      • First trimester care with new pregnancy, including miscarriage management
      • Safe and respectful gyn care for transgender men, gender non-confirming, and non-binary individuals.
    • Women's Mental Health
      • Screening, evaluation, and treatment for mental health concerns including depression and anxiety. 
      • Specialized, collaborative care for women pregnant and postpartum with perinatal mood disorders including depression, anxiety, and OCD.
  • Lactation Consultation

    We are proud to offer holistic, compassionate, and respectful support to women at any point in their breastfeeding journey.  During these visits you will spend between 60-120 minutes with one of our outstanding lactation consultants.  There will be time for teaching, questions, and once baby is here, to work through a feeding with your baby.  
    • Prenatal Lactation Consultation
      • Get general information about breastfeeding, go over some basics of latch, and address any specific breastfeeding concerns you have. 
      • Build a support network early.
      • Helpful for new mothers as well as mothers with prior breastfeeding experience, particularly if they experienced any difficulties.
    • Lactation Consultation
      • Can address any number of concerns involving breastfeeding postpartum including nipple pain, nipple shield use, milk supply, poor newborn weight gain, tongue tie, etc.
      • Offer support and reassurance for parents with new baby even when there are no specific concerns.
      • Provides support for all types of infant feeding, including bottle feeding. 
      • Services available throughout the duration of the breastfeeding relationship.
